This premium course consists of eight dishes, with fillet meat, a rare cut of Japanese Black beef, as the main course.After warming your palate with appetizers, sushi, and beef tongue that allow you to taste the sweetness of the fat, you can enjoy a steak made from the tenderloin, which is only obtained in small quantities from one cow.The fillet has fine muscle fibers and is known for being a lean cut that melts in your mouth.Due to its rarity, it is called the queen of Wagyu beef and is perfect for special occasions.
